Refund Policy

MyMonk is a $9.99 USD per month subscription, billed monthly in advance. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't bill you again.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're a first-time subscriber and aren't happy with MyMonk, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that month in full. Contact: contact [at] mymonk.ai.

Refunds outside the guarantee window

We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months after the 14-day window. If we made a billing mistake — charged you twice, charged you after a confirmed cancellation, billed the wrong amount — we'll refund it. Email us with the transaction reference.

AI provider fees are not refundable by us

The AI provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) bills you directly through the API key you supplied. We do not collect those fees, and we cannot refund them. If you have a dispute about provider charges, contact the provider.

How to request a refund

Email contact [at] mymonk.ai with:

  • The email address on the subscription
  • The date of the charge you'd like refunded
  • A short note on why

We aim to respond within three business days.
